摘要
研究了痕量锰氧化萘酚绿褪色和生色反应及其动力学条件 ,并应用 570和 71 0 nm双波长组合 ,建立了测定痕量锰的新方法。测定线性范围为 8~ 2 2 .5μg·ml- 1 ,检出限为 6.8μg·ml- 1 。该方法用于中蒙药中痕量锰的测定 ,获得满意结果。
It is found that there is a catalytic kinetic reaction between naphthol green B and Mn(Ⅱ), leading to a decrease of color at the positive absorption maxima 710nm and an increase of color at the negative absorption maxima 570nm. The wavelength pair 710nm/570nm is thus chosen for the DW photometric measurements, and a DW absorptiophotometric determination of microamounts of manganese is proposed. The linear range of determination is 8~22.5μg·ml -1 . The detection limit is 6.8×10 -6 g·ml -1 . The method has been used for determination of trace manganese in traditional chinese and mongolia medicines with satisfactory results.
