摘要
探讨实现结晶紫 - KIO4- NTA- Mn2 +体系的流动注射催化吸光光度测定痕量锰的条件 ,方法的检出限为 3× 1 0 - 4 μg.ml- 1 ,线性范围 0~ 8× 1 0 - 3μg.ml- 1 。采用停流法测定人发中锰的结果与石墨炉原子吸收法相近 ,回收率为 1 0 2 % ,RSD为 4 .2 % ( n=6) ,采样速率为 1 0次 .h- 1。
The FIA catalytic kinetic absorptiophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of manganese based on the reaction system of crystal violet KIO 4 NTA Mn(Ⅱ) was studied and the optimum conditions for the reaction were found. Linear relationship between manganese concentrations and absorbances is found in the range of 0~8.0×10 -3 μg Mn(Ⅱ) per mililiter. The detection limit of the reaction is found to be 3×10 -4 μg·ml -1 . This method has been applied to the determination of traces of manganese in human hair using the stop flow technique. A recovery of 102% and a RSD of 4.2% were obtained. The results obtained by the present method are in consistent with those obtained by GF AAS method.
