pH值对有机化合物富集与伏安溶出过程的影响

摘要 在碳糊电极上有机化合物的富集能够增加溶出伏安法的灵敏度和选择性。不同的有机化合物在碳糊电极上的富集机理不同 ,在电极上的伏安溶出条件也不同。使用碳糊电极时 ,对有机化合物的富集、溶出影响因素是多方面的 ,其中富集液和溶出液的 p H值对它的影响十分重要。文中通过碳糊电极对一些简单有机化合物 ,如氯丙嗪 (冬眠灵 )、丁基羟基甲醚 ( BHA)、N,N-二甲基苯胺 ( DMA)、对苯二酚的富集与伏安溶出进程的研究 ,从理论和试验上说明这一影响规律 ,促进对使用碳糊电极测定有机物的研究 ,使方法更加成熟 ,早日用于实际测定。 It was observed that the behavior of organic compounds to be concentrated on carbon paste electrode remarkably improved the sensitivity and selectivity of the voltammetry of the respective organic compounds.There are several factors affecting the concentration and stripping of organic compounds, among which the pH value of the electrolyte medium showed predominant and important influence. A thorough study was made on the influence of pH value on the concentration and stripping behavior of some simple organic compounds, namely, chloropromazin, butyl hydroxy anisole, dimetlylacetylamide and hydroquinone, at the carbon paste electrode, aiming to obtain some regulations of the influence which may be beneficial to promote the voltammetry to be a practical method in the analysis of organic compounds.
