摘要
目的探讨细胞色素P450酶1A2(CYP1A2)基因多态性与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)遗传易感性的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)的方法对年龄、性别、吸烟史相匹配的80例COPD患者(病例组)和74例健康对照者(对照组)CYP1A2-163C>A位点的基因多态性进行检测。结果 CYP1A2-163C>A位点AA及A/C基因型在两组中分布差异无统计学意义(x2=3.090、0.253,P=0.079、0.615);CC基因型在两组中分布差异有统计学意义(x2=6.073,P=0.014);两组中A和C等位基因频率差异有统计学意义(x2=6.440,P=0.011)。结论 CYP1A2-163 C>A位点基因多态性与COPD遗传易感性可能有关。
Objective To investigate the association of CYP1A2 polymorphisms with susceptibility of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method 80 smorking patients with COPD( COPD group) and 74 normal smoking subjects( control group) were investigated. we examined CYP1A2 polymorphisms in -163C 〉 A with PCR-RFLP. Result The distribution of genotypes (C/A, AA ) with CYPIA2 showed no significant differences between two groups(x2 = 3. 090,0. 253 ,P = O. 079,0. 615 ). But the genotype CC and alleles frequencies showed statistically significant difference between the COPD group and the control group (x2 = 6. 073, P = 0. 014 for the former; x2 = 6. 440,P = 0. O11 for the latter). Conclusion Polymorphism of CYPl A2 -163 were possibly in susceptibility to COPD .
