Objective To observe the therapeutic and adverse reactions on sequential therapy of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with chemotherapy in treatment of stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 84 cases of stage Ⅲ NSCLC were randomized into 2 groups: sequential chemo-radiotherapy group(A) 41 patients and chemotherapy alone group(B) 43 cases, the sequential treatment group was first used GP regimen chemotherapy, the first 2 cycles of chemotherapy underwent radiotherapy after the end of line 2 cycle Chemotherapy, and the Chemotherapy group was used GP regimen chemotherapy. Results The effective rate CR + PR) was 68.29% in sequential chemo-radiotherapy group and 34.88% in chemotherapy group, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05);1-year survival rate was 53.66% in A and 25.58% in B group, and the difference was significant(P〈0.05);2-year survival rate was 19.51% in A and 11.63% in B,and the difference was no statistically significant(p 〉0.05).The toxic effects can be tolerated by all of patients. Conclusion sequential therapy of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with chemotherapy can improve short-term effect of non-small cell lung cancer with low toxicity, and the patient tolerate it.
