摘要
煤层气延3U1-P井属于排采井,在三开钻井施工中,选用绒囊钻井液在煤层段水平钻进,通过加入成核剂、成膜剂、囊层剂、绒毛剂等形成绒囊钻井液体系,保持钻井液较低的密度,保持井壁稳定、保护煤层,满足了钻井需要和井下安全、保证无掉块垮塌等现象。
Coalbed methane well yan3UI-P belongs to a drainage well. In the drilling process, fuzzy- ball drilling fluids was applied in coalbed methane horizontal drilling. By adding nucleating agent, film forming agent, capsule agent, villous agent capsule and so on, fuzzy-ball drilling fluids system was formed. Maintaining drilling fluid to low density, keeping the borehole stability, and protecting coalbed methane are to meet the need for drilling and underground safety, and ensuring that no block collapses
