With China＇s rapid economic development, good corporate management personnel, especially senior management personnel become scarce resources. Senior management personnel training has become the most important concern of various enterprises. Based on the actual situation of China＇s senior corporate management personnel, reasonable positioning of the enterprise management personnel, as well as details of domestic and foreign senior management personnel training and analysis, the paper proposes ways of effective training of outstanding senior management personnel.
