摘要
以聚乙二醇 -邻苯二甲酸酐 -环氧树脂E -4 4多元嵌段共聚体为乳化剂 ,将环氧树脂E -4 4乳化成水包油的稳定水基乳液。用乳液体系电导率和粘度的变化表征了相反转乳化过程。研究了乳化剂浓度、三元多嵌段共聚体中亲水嵌段分子量和乳化温度对相反转乳化过程的影响。实验结果表明 ,体系在较高乳化剂浓度 (9.1 % )下为完全相反转 ,在低乳化剂浓度 (4.1 % )下为不完全相反转。相反转时水与环氧树脂E -4 4的重量比值随乳化剂浓度、乳化温度的增加以及亲水嵌段分子量的减小而增加。环氧树脂E -4 4水基乳液的平均乳液粒径随乳化温度的降低而减小。
Waterborne dispersions of an epoxy resin E-44 including multiblock copolymer as the emulsifier were prepared by addition of water, where the multiblock copolymer was composed of poly(ethylene glycol),phthalic anhydride and epoxy resin E-44.The emulsification process and phase inversion were characterized by using the variation of conductivity and viscosity for the ternary system of epoxy resin/multiblock copolymer/water.The effects of emulsifier content,the molecular weight of hydrophilic segment in the multiblock copolymer and emulsifying temperature on the phase inversion during emulsification process were discussed.It was shown that the phase inversion was complete at high concentration of the emulsifier(e.g. 9.1%) and incomplete at low concentration of the emulsifier(e.g. 4.1%).The weight ratio of water and oill(R f) at the phase inversion was increased with increase of the emulsifier content and the emulsifying temperature.It was also increased with the decrease of the molecular weight of hydrophilic segment in the multiblock copolymer. The mean particle size decreased with the increase of the emulsification temperature.
