浅析我国职业院校如何有效实施现代学徒制

Analysis of Effective Implementation of Modern Apprenticeship in China's Vocational Institutions

2002年,国家提出大力推进职业教育改革与发展的决定以来,职业教育规模进一步扩大,服务经济社会的能力明显增强。但职业教育大都沿用传统的人才培养模式,发展至今,暴露出诸多问题,特别是校企合作举步维艰。如何有效地解决这一问题?笔者认为,职业院校实施现代学徒制尤为重要。

Since the year 2002 when China decided to promote reform and development in vocational institutions, the scale of vocational education has been further expanded, and its ability to serve the economic society has been significantly enhanced. Vocational education in China mostly followed the traditional mode of personnel training from the very beginning. Its long development has also exposed many problems. For instance, school-enterprise cooperation is particularly difficult. How to solve this problem？ An implementation of the Modern Apprenticeship, in my opinion, is just the key.
