摘要
研究了CuBr/bpy催化、Eib -Br引发St/MMA自由基共聚反应动力学。发现在不同的起始单体组成比条件下 ,两种单体以基本相同的速率进行聚合 ,并得到恒比组成的共聚物。分子量的可控性和窄分子量分布证明这是一种“活性”聚合过程。建立了用红外光谱表征St/MMA共聚物序列结构的方法。
The bulk atom transfer radical copolymerization of styrene(St) and methyl methacrylate(MMA) at 110 ℃ initiated by Eib-Br/CuBr/bpy was investigated. The kinetics of this copolymerization was studied and its reactivity ratios were calculated. Independent of initial feed compositions, both monomers polymerized at nearly the same rates to give virtually “azeotropic” copolymers. Controlled molecular weights and narrow molecular weight distributions proved that the copolymerizations had obvious “living” characteristics. Analysis method of St/MMA copolymer sequence structure by IR was also establised.
