颅内血管外皮瘤一例

摘要 患者女，65岁，因无明显诱因头痛、头晕5年，现加重5d，伴喷射性呕吐，呕吐物为胃内容物人院。既往无其他疾病史，查体正常。影像学检查：cT平扫示右侧大脑半球颞顶部不规则囊实性肿物，囊性部分CT值约17HU，实质部分CT值约43HU，病灶周围见水肿带（图1）。
