microRNA在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 microRNA是一类约18-26个核苷酸构成的单链小分子非蛋白编码RNA,通过和位于mRNA的靶点结合而在基因转录后调节中起着重要作用。目前膀胱肿瘤的发病机制尚未完全阐明,多项研究表明microRNA与膀胱肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。
