铁代谢相关心血管疾病的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 铁对于机体多种代谢过程至关重要,可催化能量产生、解毒等所需的关键氧化还原反应。它是血红蛋白、肌红蛋白、线粒体电子传递链复合体、细胞色素P450系统和许多其他蛋白质的组成成分。心脏的多种生理过程也需要铁的参与,但过量的铁也可能引起潜在的危害,它可能在多种心血管疾病中起重要作用。本文就铁代谢与心血管疾病的关系作一综述。
