Expression of Mina53 in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance

摘要 目的研究Mina53表达与人胰腺癌临床病理资料的关系,探讨Mina53基因表达与胰腺癌肿瘤发生、侵袭的相关性。方法对包含76例胰腺癌、7例胰腺慢性炎症组织、5例正常胰腺组织的组织芯片应用免疫组化SP法检测Mina53基因的表达情况。结果胰腺癌组织中Mina53基因的表达率为80.3%(61/76),而在正常及慢性炎症组织中无表达(0/12),胰腺癌组织中Mina53表达率显著高于正常及慢性炎症组织(P<0.001)。Kruskal-Wallis检验发现胰腺癌组织中Mina53基因表达水平与肿瘤TNM分期(P=0.001)、分化程度(P=0.013)有关,Mann-WhitneyU检验发现胰腺癌组织中Mina53基因表达水平与组织学分类(P=0.003)、淋巴结转移程度(P=0.001)存在相关性,而与患者的性别(P=0.722)、年龄(P=0.333)无关。结论 Mina53表达的升高与胰腺癌的发生、发展有关,可作为反映胰腺癌恶性生物学行为的一个较有价值的指标。 Objective To assess the correlation of the expression of MinaS3 gene with various clinicopathologic parameters in pancreatic cancer. Methods The expression of Mina53 gene in one tissue chip including 76 pancreatic cancex, 7 chronic inflammation and 5 normal pancreatic samples was assayed by immunohistochemical SP method. The differences of MinaS3 expression in pancreatic cancer, chronic inflammation and normal pancreatic samples were analyzed with the X2 test. The correlations between Mina53 expression and clinicopathologic chm'acteristics were analyzed with Mann -Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis test. Results The expression rate of MinaS3 gene was significantly higher in pancreatic cancer tissues (80. 3% ,61/76 )than that in normal and chronic inflammation tissues (0%, P 〈 0. 001 ). The expression of MinaS3 was closely related to histological classification ,TNM stages, differentiation and lymph node involvement in pancreatic cancer (P=0. 003, 0. 001,0. 013, 0. 001 respectively ) and not related to sex and age ( P = 0. 722, 0. 333 respectively ). Conclusions High expression of MinaS3 in pancreatic cancer may affect cell hyperplasia , and may be related to the pathogcnesis and development of pancreatic cancer .
