Scientifically Understanding,Reasonably Adjustment and Steadily Pushing the Reform of Income Distribution System——A Study on Issues of Income Distribution in Shaanxi Province

收入分配制度体现社会的公平程度。近年来,我国在完善居民收入分配制度、改善民生方面做了大量卓有成效的工作,较大程度上改善了居民生活水平。本文以陕西省为研究对象,总结了陕西省近年来贯彻国家"改善民生"政策方面的成效,并全面审视目前存在的问题,深入分析问题根源,为不断完善收入分配制度提供意见和建议。

The income distribution system shows the level of social equity. In recent years, a lot of fruitful work has been done to perfect the resident income distribution system and improve people＇s livelihood, which have improved people＇s living standard to a large extent. The paper sets Shaanxi province as the study object and summarizes the effects obtained when implementing the policy of improve people＇s livelihood. At the same time, the paper fully reviews the existing problems, deeply analyzes the reasons and finally offers ideas and suggestions to further perfect income distribution system.
