摘要
运用毛细管区带电泳法,以Tris作缓冲体系,在14kV电压下,考察了不同pH值和缓冲溶液及其浓度对电渗流和高乌头下脚料中各物质分离度的影响。结果表明,以30mmol/LTris缓冲体系,在碱性区,可在4min之内对高乌头的下脚料进行快速有效的分析。该法适用于在大规模工业生产中对中药高乌头进行快速分析检定和质量控制。
To investigate the separation of main components in aconitum sinomontanum Nakai by capillary zone electrophoresis,and provide a method for quality control in industry production.A buffer system of Tris-H3PO4 was used in our experiment.The effects of pH and ionic strength of buffer on electroosmotic flow and resolution were examined.The tailings of Aconitum sinomontanum Nakai could be separated quickly and effectively within 4 minutes using 30 mmol/L Tris-H3PO4 buffer (pH 8 .5). It was demonstheted that the method compared with high performance liquid chromatography might be suitable to the quality control in the preparation of lappaconitine from aconitum sinomontanum nakai.
