基于线粒体COⅡ基因部分序列的中国斑腿蝗科部分属种系统发育研究

Phylogenetic Analysis of Species and Genera of Catantopidae (Orthoptera:Caelifera:Acriodidea) in China Based on Partial Sequence of Mitochondrial COⅡ Gene

摘要 基于斑腿蝗科切翅蝗亚科6属11种蝗虫的COⅡ基因585bp序列进行系统发育分析,为该类群的系统发育提供分子生物学方面的证据。通过MEGA5.0软件分析显示这些序列具有明显的高A+T偏向性和R值与距离依赖性特征。分别采用邻接法(Neighbor Joining,NJ)、最大似然法(Maximum Likelihood,ML)和最大简约法(Maximum Parsimony,MP)构建系统树,结果显示:凸额蝗属、黑纹蝗属与其它各属关系较远;斜翅蝗与南方十字蝗关系较近;越北胸斑蝗与广东斜翅蝗和大斜翅蝗关系较近;异角胸斑蝗与奇冠蝗关系较近;切翅蝗亚科各属种间的关系还需要进一步研究。 By studying their phyloge- netic relationships of the 585 bp of COII gene sequences of 11 Chinese grasshop- pers species (representing 6 genera) of Coptacrinae of Catantopediae, we pro- vide molecular evidence for their phylo- genetic relationships. The 585 bp of COII gene showed typical high A+T content and variable distance-dependent transi- tion/transversion ratios by using the MEGA 5.0 softwares. Phylogenetic anal- yses under the Neighbor Joining (N J), maximum parsimony (MP) and maximum likelihood (ML) optimal criteria were per- formed aS implemented in MEGA 5.0. From these analyses we drew conclusions as follows! The relationships of Traulia and Melt^pata are far to other genera in this study.There are close relationships between Eucoptacra praemorsa and Epistatu'us meridionalis. There are close relationships among Apalacris tonkinen- sis, Eucoptacra kwangtungensis and Eu- coptacra binghami. There are close rela- tionships between Apalacris varicornis and Ecphanthacris mirabilis.The relation- ships of species and genera within Cop- tacrinae should be further investigated.
