摘要 研究发现,在硫酸介质中,Fe3+与对氨基酚的反应产物会发出较强的荧光,其激发波长和发射波长分别为292.0nm和328.0nm。对铁的检测限为0.5μg/L;线性范围为0.005-0.40μg/L,将该分析体系用于奶粉及人发中铁的分析测定,取得了满意的结果。 A new sensitive and selective fluorimetric method for the determination of trace iron was stuided.The method is based on the oxidation action of p-aminophenol by iron(Ⅲ) in dilute sulfuric acid medium and the fluorescence intensity of the oxidation product was measured at the excitation wavelength of 292.0 nm and the emission wavelength of 328.0nm.Under the optimum condition,the linear range of the determination of iron was 0.005 ~0.40 μg/L, and the detection lindt for iron(Ⅲ) was 0.5 μg/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace iron in milk powder and human hair samples with satisfactory results.
