恶性胶质瘤化疗的过去、现在和未来 被引量：4

摘要 胶质细胞瘤是中枢神经系统发病率第一位的原发性肿瘤,其中世界卫生组织（World Health Organization,WHO）分级Ⅲ、Ⅳ级被称为恶性胶质瘤,恶性胶质瘤的发病率约为5～8/10万,约占所有胶质细胞瘤的50%[1].在替莫唑胺等新型化疗药和其他靶向药物出现之前,即使是最积极的手术、放化疗治疗也不能使胶质母细胞瘤患者的中位生存期达到1年.
