摘要 采用电化学技术研究了离子注N对人体用金属材料 ,SUS316L不锈钢、钴合金和钛合金在人工模拟体液中的阳极极化行为影响 .自腐蚀电位和阳极极化曲线的测量结果表明 ,离子注N后材料的耐蚀性明显有所提高 .通过X射线衍射与AES分析发现 ,材料表面有金属氮化物析出 ,其化学效应和机械隔离起到了改善电化学性能的作用 . Effect of N_ion implantation on the anodic polarization behavior of surgery medical materials, such as SUS316L stainless steel,Co_Cr alloy and Ti_6Al_4V alloy, has been investigated with electrochemical technology in artificial body fluid Hank's solution. With the tests of corrosion potential and anodic polarization curves, it can be seen that the anti_corrosion behavior is developed after implantion. XRD and AES profiles have shown that the metal nitride coated on the matrix after N_ion implantation, which isolates the matrix from environmental solution. The metal nitride film with high electrochemical capability plays an important role in inhibiting corrosion of the specimens.
