广州发布汽车限购令6月29日，广州市政府发布了《试行中小客车总量调控管理的通告》，决定从7月1日起，对中小客车试行一年的总量调控管理，增量配额为12万辆。

The control of buying is actually no need.Especially during 2012—the year of the danger and the high speed of Chinese Economic. Anyway,the the auto industry can't die. Chinese auto market is the life of Chinese the auto industry! Are there too much cars in Guangzhou ? Compare Guangzhou with Tokyo,the population of Tokyo is 12 000 000 with 8 000 000 cars.and in the year of 2012,the number of cars in Guangzhou is just 2 000 000. On 27th February this year,Shenzhen has already get into the centry of 2 000 000 cars.At the same time,the road of Shenzhern is just 6100 kilometers,but the density of road vehicles is already over 300cars/kilometers,the top of China.But the government has already made the solution.They decide to not use the hard way but to control from every part.Most experts says,Shenzhen makes the solution from the fact and chooses the right way to manage.And it is very worth to learn. Shenzhen has set a good example for other big cities. The traffic jam is just the whelks of the face of a city.we have no need to use knife to cut it.We don't need to cure it.It will gone by itself.But make sure don't break it,or u will have a scar.the whelks don't mean China is ugly but mean China is young and shinning and beautiful.
