竖直平板水膜表面波演化行为实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 设计与搭建了大尺寸水膜稳定性实验台,并进行了竖直平板上降水膜表面波过程参数演化实验。实验中水膜Re的范围为300~1 350。借助高频电容式水膜测厚仪和高速摄像仪等测量设备对水膜表面波速率、波长、频率等参数随平板沿程位移增加的演化行为进行了测量与分析。实验结果表明:中低水膜Re条件下表面波运动速率、波长和频率与沿程位移弱相关;同时,在仔细观察整个小波交融现象演化过程的基础上,对小波交融特征进行了总结。 An experiment on surface-wave evolution characteristics of thin film falling down a vertical plate was completed by means of large-scale water film stabilities experiment rig.Surface wave speed,wave-length,and frequency were measured and analyzed with capacitance measuring instrument of thin-film thickness and high-speed video camera.The experimental result indicates that surface wave speed,wave-length,and frequency are weakly proportional to water film Reynolds number,respectively.At the same time,the feature of interfusion between ripples is summarized based on careful observation for process of interfusion between ripples.
