介绍了国内外太阳能资源利用的现状,总结了国内外在光伏发电应用领域的成功经验,梳理了未来5～10年国内外光伏发电领域投资的市场前景和支持该领域的政策、法规,以帮助投资者从宏观上决策是否投资该领域,希望能有效协助政府制定更加符合本国能源发展的政策,促进光伏发电产品的发展。
The domestic and international actuality of using sun energy are introduced, and successful application experiences of PV power are summarized. So the next 5 to 10 years＂ （pv） policies, laws and regulations which support the field, can help investors from macroscopic decision whether to invest in this field. It can effective guide the government to make more in line with the national energy policy development.
