New Concept of Human Resource Management for Logistics Enterprises in Era of Knowledge Economy

阐述了知识经济的概念与知识经济时代的特征,指出知识经济时代物流人才的能力结构要求,最后提出了知识经济时代物流企业人力资源管理的新理念。

In this paper, we introduced the concept of knowledge economy as well as the characteristics of the era of knowledge economy, pointed out its requirement on the qualification structure of logistics personnel, and finally proposed the new ideas of human resource man-agement for logistics enterprises of this era.
