摘要
现代物流企业中,员工的创新能力在一定程度上决定了整个企业的创新能力,并进一步影响物流企业的竞争力。建立科学的物流企业创新型科技人才评价指标体系,有助于物流企业集中有限的资源来引进、培养和激励创新型科技人才,充分利用他们的创新能力为物流企业创造出更多的价值和保持竞争优势。
In modem logistics enterprises, the innovative capacity of the staff determines, to a certain exlent, the innovative capacity of the whole enterprise and further influences the competitiveness of the enterprise. The establishment of a scientific evaluation index system for logis-tics enterprise innovative sci-tech talents can help the enterprises introduce, train and encourage, with limited resources, the innovative talents and use fully their innovative capacity to create more value and maintain competitive advantage of the enterprise.
