经济转型背景下汽车产业绿色精敏供应链范式的研究

Study on Green Lean-agile Supply Chain Paradigm of Automobile Industry in Economic Transformation

分析了中国经济第二次转型的特征,揭示了中国汽车产业供应链的发展趋势:供应链向精敏供应链转变,投资驱动供应链模式向价值驱动供应链模式转变,绿色供应链成为发展趋势,指明了中国汽车产业供应链转型的方向,提出了汽车产业供应链转型的范式-绿色精敏供应链范式,以满足消费者的利益和经济可持续发展为目的,以绿色供应链为前提,全方位节能减排;以敏捷供应链为核心,提高市场响应度;集成精益供应链减少消耗、降低成本。

In this paper we analyzed the characteristics of the second transfnrnmtion of the Chinese economy and revealed the trend of the de-velopment of the supply chain of the Chinese automobile industry, which includes turning lean of the industrial supply chain, transformation of the investment-driven supply chain into the value-driven supply chain and the finalization of green supply chain as the direction of future develop- meat. Then we pointed out the direction for the transformation of the supply chain of the automobile industry of China, proposed the green lean-agile supply thai n paradigm which can realize overall reduction of cost, energy consumption and emissions.
