摘要
基于柔性生产企业库内运作管理现状,分析库内存在的不合理因素并进行合理优化,提出相应整改方案和实施效果分析。
In this paper, on the basis of the current status of in-house operational management of flexible manufiacturing enterprises, we analyzed the optimization of some of the constraining factors and proposed the correspoinding plan of correction and transformation and the effect analysis.
