摘要 结合实际生产对炼钢系统的物料消耗和流动数据实现计算机自动推导。推算的思路是采集天车位置信息和所吊物料重量变化,推算出炼钢所需物料的配比以及后序的钢水产出量、钢水轨迹等信息,最后阐述了利用计算机物流管理系统实现了天车定位、当班资料关系、物料信息管理等功能。 In this paper, we realized the automatic computer deduction of the material consumption and flow data in the steel-making system. The deduction proceeded as follows: we first collocted the information on the position of the crown block and the change in the materials sustained, then we deduced the ratio of the materials needed in the steel-making as well as data such as the output and flow trajectory of molten steel, etc. and finally we introduced how to use the computer logistics management system to realize functions such as crown block positioning, shift document fil-ing and material information management, etc.
