摘要 根据某型舰炮结构特征和控制信号特点,设计开发出便携有效的信号采集盒,使用CAN总线结构收集、传输和实时监测舰炮各运行参数。以LABWINDOWS为软件开发平台开发检测和故障诊断系统,利用数据库中的专家系统,操作者可以轻松完成部件级的故障判断,系统给出维修保障建议。经实验验证,该系统具有便携、使用方便、性能可靠和扩展性强的特点。 Abstract: A potable and effective data acquisition and detection system is designed according to the configuration characteristics and working principle of a naval gun. In the subordinate computer part, the portable data acquisition box is designed with CAN communication system. In the upper monitor part, a fault diagnosis system is developed with LABWINDOWS/CVI, which is a kind of programming language. The works such as data sampling, displaying, saving and fault diagnose can be finished conveniently and in time with the Expert system in the database. This system is been used in practical engineering with good effect.
