摘要
研究了用反相高效液相色谱测定肌醇的新方法。所用色谱柱为 Shim- Pack CLC- C1 8柱 ,以 V(乙腈 )∶ V(水 ) =10∶ 90的溶液为流动相 ,流速为 1.0 m L/ min,检测波长为 196nm。测定结果的相对标准偏差为 0 .8%。方法简便、快速、准确 。
A new method for determination of inositol by reversed\|phase high performance liquid chromatography was studied. The method used a Shim Pack CLC C 18 column, acetonitrile\|water (10∶90,V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with detection wavelength at 196 nm. The RSD of the results was 0.8%. It is simple, rapid, accurate, and useful for quantitative determination of inositol product.
