气相色谱法测定第一冷巴布贴剂中的樟脑、薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯和麝香草酚

Gas Chromatographic Determination of Camphor, Menthol, Methyl Salicylate, Thymol in JEIL COOL PAP

用气相色谱法测定了第一冷巴布贴剂中的樟脑、薄荷醇、水杨酸甲酯和麝香草酚。使用 15% DEGS,Chromosorb W( AW- DMCS) 80～ 10 0目 ,2 m× 3 m m i.d.不锈钢柱 ,从 70℃至 180℃程序升温 ,以联苯为内标物 ,以样品的进样量对样品与内标的峰面积之比进行线性回归 ,各组分线性关系良好 ,相关系数为 0 .9995～0 .9999。平均回收率 :樟脑为 99.63% ,薄荷醇为 99.83% ,水杨酸甲酯为 10 0 .0 % ,麝香草酚为 10 0 .4 %。

The contents of camphor, menthol, methyl salicylate and thymol in JEIL COOL PAP were determined with gas chromatography by using a stainless steel column (2 m×3 mm i.d.) packed with 15% DEGS, Chromosorb W (AW DMCS) 80\|100 mesh. Temperature programming was from 70 ℃ to 180 ℃. The quantitative determination was performed with diphenyl as the internal standard. The internal standard method showed good linearity (r=0.999 5\|0.999 9). The average recoveries were 99.63% (camphor), 99.83% (menthol), 100.0% (methyl salicylate) and 100.4% (thymol).
