整体式动态电子轻轨衡的研制应用

摘要 在采矿过程中,需对矿石物料进行计量,作为内部考核。在来回运输的小型铁路矿车活动较为频繁的工况下,设计一种整体式动态轻轨衡,安装的轻轨与原运输轨道保持一致,在计量状态下,矿车按一定速度经过轨道衡,由动态管理软件处理后,直接反映出用户所需的计量数据,无需按通常模式,使矿车车皮一节一节的停顿称量,提高了计量和运输周转速度。动态轨道衡称量秤体与基础预埋构件(秤架底框)形成一个整体,待设备运至现场后将秤架底框安放至基坑内进行适当微调并注入二次灌浆即可,大大缩短安装工期,给用户及供方带来安装维修便利,降低使用和制造成本的优势。 abstract: In the mining process, ore mineral is needed measurement as an internal assessment. In transport of small railroad car was more frequent condition back and forth, designing a kind of integral type dynamic light rail scale, which keeping in touch with the orbit transportation. On the measurement conditions, cars according to a certain speed transit track scale, by the dynamic management software processing directly reflects the user desired metering data, no need to usual pattern. It makes mine wagon a section of a weighing measurement and transport velocity was improved. Dynamic track scale weighing scales body and foundation embedded component (the scale frame bottom frame ) form an integrated. When equipment delivered to site after the scale frame bottom frame is arranged to excavation within the appropriate fine-tuning and injecting grouting two times. It shortens the installation period, brings convenient installation repair to the users and suppliers and lightens use and manufacturing cost.
