摘要
阐述并分析某电厂至桥头集变电站220kV4844线路由于线路故障,导致V相接地,电厂4844线路RCS-931A、RCS-902A保护装置均动作出口;但由于V相断路器未立即跳开,启动了220kV母线保护RCS-915AB装置中的断路器失灵保护,导致断路器失灵保护动作跳开4844线路所属Ⅱ母线上的所有负荷,同时运行于Ⅰ母的4810断路器(旁路代4849线路)也跳开的事故。电厂进行了相关的故障原因分析和试验工作,随后制定了相应的反事故措施,以确保电厂与电网的安全稳定运行。
As result of 4844 Line fault, the V phase of 220 kV 4844 line is grounded in line of one power plant to Qiao Touji substation. RCS-931A, RCS-902A of all 4844 line protection active, but as V phase is not opened immediately, the circuit breaker failure protection of 220 kV bus protection RCS-915AB is actived. Then trip all the Loads that are lined with the Bus II. In the same time,4810 circuit breaker is also triped(4849 line is carried by 4810 circuit breaker). After the accident,power plant analyzes the fault reason and do some tests, then make relevant anti-fault measures to make sure the safety and stability operation between power plant and power grid.
