摘要
随着用电信息采集系统逐步广泛覆盖并应用,"全覆盖、全采集"这两项最基本的指标必须达到,即在采集验收之前需要对"全覆盖、全采集"完备性进行检验,以防"漏换、漏装、漏采、漏导"现象的发生,影响实用化程度,影响"全费控"等功能的深化应用。阐述了一种完备性检验方法,经实践检验,该方法能有效地管控现场,且具有增值作用,结果可用于判定用户台区属性等。
Along with the electric energy data acquisition system gradually extensive coverage and application, to prevent the leakage and influence the deepening application, the two most basic targets (full coverage and complete collection) must be achieved. This paper describes a completeness inspection method, through practice, the method can effectively control the scene, and has the added effect, the results can be used to determine the user area attribute.
