摘要
阐述了国外工程公司不追求过高的加热炉热效率,主要考核投资回报率,注重安全、环保的设计理念,对福斯特惠勒(Foster Wheeler)和康菲(Conoco Philips)两家公司在焦化炉工程设计中工艺方面的设计原则,结构方面的辐射室形状及燃烧器火焰燃烧方式的技术特点的介绍,分析了各自焦化炉技术的优点和存在的问题,并在焦化炉总投资、操作维护两方面进行对比评述。
Design philosophy of Foster Wheeler and Conoco Philips is expounded in this paper in coker heater design, of which the design performance focus on investment return rate, safety design and environmental impact without pursuing excessively high heater duty. The two Company's coker heater design pros and cons is analyzed in the paper covering brief introduction of radiation chamber shape and burner flame types. Total investment, operation and maintenance for the two Company's coker heater are also compared and evaluated in this paper.
