阐述了塔里木大化肥原料气压缩机主推力瓦温度高、透平异常振动;合成气压缩机高压缸副推力瓦温度高;氨压缩机径向瓦出现的异常振动;引风机透平出现的异常振动;引风机及鼓风机透平径向瓦损坏等诸多隐患。通过深入分析找到了故障原因,采取相应的措施,确保了机组安全、长周期、满负荷运行。文中的经验为解决其他机组在运行过程中出现的类似问题提供了借鉴及参考。
The phenomena that the temperature of host thrust pad is high, the vibration of turbine is abnormal, the temperature of auxiliary thrust pad is also high, the vibration of radial pad in ammonia compressor and flue gas blower were abnormal and damaged were stated in this article. With the deeply analysis, the causes of accidents were found, and then the relevant measures were carried out. Thus, the machine set can performance with safety, long period and full load.
