摘要
压缩机本身的振动主要是由不平衡力和不平衡力矩引起的;压缩机管路的振动大多是由气流脉动,或者管路支撑系统不合适引起的;压缩机基础的振动主要是基础和压缩机共振引起的。这三者振动的机理有着本质的区别,又相互影响,分析振动机理才能正确处理压缩机的振动。
The vibration of compressor body is induced usually by unequal force and moment. However, the vibration of pipeline for compressor is induced by air pulsation or improper supports, and the vibration of base of compressor is mainly induced by the resonance of base and compressor. There are different essential mechanisms among these three vibrations, which are interactive. Therefore, only the vibration mechanism be analyzed, will the vibration be correctly treated.
