高效液相色谱法测定颈舒片中天麻素的含量

Determination of Gastrodin in Jinshu tablets by HPLC

目的建立劲舒片中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱：Hypersil HC C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）;以乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液（3∶97）为流动相,检测波长：220nm,流速：1.0mL·min-1柱温25℃。结果在该色谱条件下,天麻素在0.01518-0.2428mg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为99.95%,RSD=0.16%。结论该测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于劲舒片中天麻素的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To estabish a HPLC method for the determination of Gastrodin in Jinshu tablet.METHODS The Hypersil C18 （4.6mm x 150mm, 5μm）was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05 % potassium dihydrogen phosphate（3 ： 97） with flow rate 1.0mL. min- 1. The detection wavelength was220nm and column temperature was 25°C .RESULTS The method was linear with the range of 0.01518 0.2428mg.mL-l（r= 1） .The average recovery was 99.85% and RSD was 0.16%（n=6） .CONCLUSION The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatablity and can be using for the control of Jinshu tablets.
