摘要
本文提出了利用循环阳极极化曲线研究转化膜耐腐蚀性能的方法。介绍了 Al60 61 /Si CP复合材料表面稀土转化膜工艺。将稀土转化膜与其它转化膜的耐腐性能进行了比较。利用循环阳极极化曲线的“相对环面积”研究转化膜耐腐蚀性能能够得出很好的规律性。
A new method for studing corrosion resistance of conversion coatings was developed with cyclic anodic polarization curves in this paper.Technological process of rare earth metal (REM)conversion coatings on Al6061/SiC p metal matrix composites (MMC) was introduced.The corrosion resistance of REM conversion coatings was examined by salt solution immersion test and cyclic anodic polarization curves.The results obtained from cyclic anodic polarization curves could be consistant with the result of salt solution immersion test when the appositive area of cyclic anodic polarization curves was used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the conversion coatings.
