镧对三种植物病原真菌生长的影响 被引量:10

摘要 研究了单一稀土氧化镧 ( L a2 O3)对小麦纹枯病菌 ( Rhizoctonia cerealis,Rc)、棉花枯萎病菌 ( Fusariumoxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum,3- 2 )和水稻纹枯病菌 ( Rhizoctonia solani,Rs)三种植物病原真菌生长的影响。结果表明 ,在固体平板培养基中 ,L a2 O3浓度在 1 2 0~ 1 80 mg/L时对 Rc有明显刺激作用 ;浓度≤ 2 1 0 mg/L时 ,对 Rs有明显刺激作用。浓度 >30 0 mg/L时 ,对 Rc和 Rs均有较强抑制作用。La2 O3浓度在 30~ 450 mg/L时对 3- 2均表现为明显的抑制作用。 The paper dealt with the effect of lanthanum on the growth of three plant pathogenic fungi (Rhizoctonia cerealis,Rc; Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.vasinfectum,3-2;Rhizoctonia solani,Rs)at the La 2O 3 concentration of 30,60,90,120,150,180,210,240,270,300,330,360,390,420 and 450mg/L.In solid culture the growth of Rc was stimulated when La 2O 3 conentration reached 120~180mg/L,and the growth of Rs was stimulated when La 2O 3 concentration was less than 210mg/L.When La 2O 3 concentration was higher than 300mg/L,the growth of Rc and Rs was inhibited.The growth of 3-2 was inhibited at all concentrations.This research indicated that the growth of three phytopathogenic fungi was inhibited when La 2O 3 concentration was higher than 300 mg/L and the effect of lanthanum on the growth of three phytopathogenic fungi was different when the concentration was less than 300mg/L.
