摘要
目的了解凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌的临床感染和耐药性特性。方法常规方法分离318株CNS,用ATB Expression全自动微生物分析仪进行菌种鉴定及药敏实验。结果 318株CNS中表皮葡萄球菌174株,溶血性葡萄球菌108株,其他凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌36株。甲氧西林耐药率分别为62.6%、71.3%和55.5%;万古霉素、替考拉宁对凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌具有较强的抗菌活性。结论耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌检查率呈明显上升趋势,应加强药敏监测,促进抗生素的合理应用。
Objective To study the antimicrobial resistance and clinical infection of coagulase negative staphylococcus. Methods All 318 strains of CNS were isolated by conventional method. Bacteria and their drug susceptibility were identified by ATB Expression analyt- ic instrument. Results There were 174 S. epidermidis, 108 S. haemolyticus and 36 other CNS, and the methiciilin resistance rates of them were 62.6%, 71.3%, and 55.5% respectively. Cancomycin and teicoplanin had strong antibacterial activity on coagulase negative staphy- lococcus. Conclusion MRCNS positive rate shows an rising trend. Drug susceptibility monitoring should be strengthened to promote the rea- sonable use of antibiotics.
