摘要
通过对第十六届亚运会男子沙滩排球比赛冠亚军决赛的技战术进行分析,并与十一届全运会优秀运动员有关数据进行对比,探索了沙滩排球比赛男子项目的发展趋势和中国队的特点,提出提高技战术训练效能,强化沙滩排球比赛意识,提倡多变的进攻思路。
This research analyzed the techniques and tactics during the final game in the 16th Asian Games of men’s beach volleyball game.The data were investigated and compared to the national champion athletes.The findings suggested that we should enhance training efficacy during tech and tactics training and form beach volleyball game ideas.We also find a changeable attacking thinking way is important during games.
