高职体育选修课教学管理存在问题及改进策略

Vocational Sports Elective Courses Problems and Improvement Strategies

体育选修课是我国高职院校人才培养计划的重要组成部分,也是实行真正的学生自主选课,突出培养学生个性的重要环节,体现了高职院校体育多样化的教学模式和多元化的教学层次。它拓宽了学生的体育知识面,培养学生各种体育技能,对提高学生身体素质,培养终身锻炼的思想具有重要意义。目前高职院校体育选修课程由于各种原因,在管理和建设上均存在问题,影响了高职人才培养质量的提高。研究结合高职体育选修课的具体情况,对课程设置、教学管理、学生选课等方面作出分析,针对问题提出了相应的改革措施,认为必须从优化课程结构、加强对学生的选课引导、调动教师开课积极性、规范教学工作等方面入手,完善高职体育选修课的教学与管理机制。

The PE elective courses in higher vocational colleges is the talent cultivation plan important constituent,is also a real students’ course,highlight the important link of cultivating students’ individual character,reflect the diversity of the higher vocational college sports teaching mode and diversified teaching level.It widened the student’s sports knowledge,training students’ various sports skills,to improve the students’ physical quality,developing lifelong exercise thought to have the important meaning.But due to various reasons,the management of higher vocational college PE elective courses are part of the problem in the construction,the impact of the higher vocational talents training the improvement of quality.Based on the specific situation of the higher vocational PE elective courses,on the curriculum,teaching management,make an analysis of students’ course selection,and proposes the corresponding reform measures that must be from the optimization of course structure,to strengthen the students’ course guide,and transferring teachers enthusiasm,the standard classes in such aspects as teaching work,improve the elective course of physical education teaching and management mechanism.
