新型含卟啉聚肽的合成及表征 被引量:1

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF POLY(γ-STEARYL-L-GLUTAMATE)S WITH PORPHYRIN

摘要 The polymerization of γ-stearyl-L-glutamate -N-carboxyanhydride (SLGNCA) initiated by tetra(4\|aminophenyl) porphyrin(TAPP) and bi(4\|aminophenyl) porphyrin(BAPP) was investigated. The experimental results indicated that TAPP and BAPP can initiate the ring\|opening polymerization of SLGNCA. The initiators have high activity and the products have high molecular weight while SLGNCA/TAPP is 50 and SLGNCA/BAPP is 25. The polymers were characterized by IR,UV,FR,\+1H\|NMR and GPC/fluorescence technigues.It was proved that porphyrin linked covalently to the polymer chains and the products with porphyrin displayed an α-helical conformation. It is supposed that the polymer with BAPP (PSLG/BAPP)may present as monomolecular and bimolecular aggregation in THF and as monomolecular in CHCl 3.
