4～9岁癫痫患儿睡眠相关问题研究

Sleep-related Problems in Epilepsy Children Aged 4 to 9

目的了解4～9岁癫痫患儿睡眠问题的发生率及其影响因素。方法选取2009年12月—2011年6月就诊于湖南省儿童医院的53例癫痫患儿为研究对象,采用儿童睡眠习惯问卷及自编的一般情况调查问卷对患儿家长进行调查。结果癫痫患儿平均睡眠时间为(8.88±0.77)h,健康儿童平均睡眠时间为(9.84±0.66)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);睡眠习惯问卷中,癫痫患儿总平均分为(47.58±3.18)分,健康儿童总平均分为(42.83±2.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);8项睡眠习惯评分比较,癫痫患儿与健康儿童在睡觉抵触、睡眠潜伏期、睡眠持续情况、睡眠焦虑、夜醒情况、白天嗜睡6个方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在癫痫组中,总平均分以睡眠中发作为主、发作形式为全面性发作及智能发育落后的患儿更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论睡眠问题是癫痫患儿最常见的健康问题,应加强睡眠健康教育,对癫痫患儿睡眠情况进行早期监测与指导,提高癫痫患儿的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the incidence of sleep-related disorders and its influencing factors in epilepsy children who are 4 to 9 years old.Methods A total of 53 epilepsy children from Hunan province children′s hospital from December 2009 to June 2011 were selected as the subjects.The Children′s Sleep Habits Questionnaire（CSHQ） and a self-made ＂general survey questionnaire＂ were employed to investigate the children′s parents.Results The average sleep time in children with epilepsy was（8.88±0.77） h,but the average sleep time for healthy children（9.84±0.66） h,with statistical difference（P〈0.01）.The total average CSHQ score of children with epilepsy was（47.58±3.18）,which is statistically different from that of healthy children（42.83±2.22）（P〈0.01）.In 8 items of CSHQ scores,the differences in 6 items of bedtime resistance,sleep latency,sleep duration conditions,sleep anxiety,night waking situation,and daytime sleepiness were significant between the epilepsy and the health children（P〈0.05）.In children with epilepsy,those who had seizures mainly during sleep,in form of generalized seizures and mental retardation had the higher total average score,the difference was of statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Sleep problems in children with epilepsy is the most common health problems.The sleep health education should be enhanced,and an early monitoring and guidance to epileptic children′s sleep should conducted to improve the quality of life of epileptic children.
