目的通过对比澳大利亚与深圳社区公共卫生服务补偿机制的异同,探讨深圳学习、借鉴澳大利亚全科医生提供社区公共卫生服务补偿机制的可能性。方法文献查询、现场调研。结果澳大利亚与深圳市在社区公共卫生服务补偿机制上存在着明显差异,澳大利亚的各公共卫生服务项目有明确定价,并由第三方按服务项目实时支付,按实际服务人次支付;深圳市公共卫生经费直接补助给供方,且各项公共卫生服务缺乏明确定价,主要由专家评估来确定服务开展的数量和质量。结论澳大利亚全科医生提供社区公共卫生服务的补偿机制可供深圳学习和借鉴。

Objective To compare the differences and similarities of community public health service compensation mechanism between Australia and Shenzhen.Methods Literature review and field research were used in the study.Results The public health services in Australia have a clear pricing and are paid for the fee-for-service by the third party.While in Shenzhen,the public health expense is allocated directly from the government to the service provider.The services do not have a clear pricing,and the quantity and quality of services are decided by expert assessment.Conclusion The community public health service compensation mechanism in Australian could be adapted for Shenzhen.
