乳化液膜法脱除废水中硫化氢的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用含流动载体的乳化液膜对废水中H2S的脱除进行了实验研究。通过单因素实验及正交实验,综合考察了进料浓度,表面活性剂种类及浓度,操作温度,内相试剂浓度等因素的影响,得到了液膜的最佳配方及工艺条件。实验结果表明,采用乳状液膜法可以得到令人满意的脱除效果。 A new system, emulsion liquid membrane (ELM), for removing H2S from wastewater was developed and studied in this paper, which involves the use of ethylenediamine (EDA) as a carrier. The single factor and orthogonal experiments were designed to test the influence of the quantihes, such as external phase concentration of H2S, the kind and concentfation of surfactant and carrier, the operating temperature and internal concentration of NaoH. Finally, optimal membrane design and operation conditions were obtained. The results show that satisfying removal effect of H2S can be achieved using ELM.
