高度近视白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术

Phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation in high myopia patients with cataract

目的 分析高度近视白内障行超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术的疗效。方法 对眼轴≥ 2 6 m m的 36例 (5 3眼 )采用原位碎核法行超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术 ,平均随访 10 .5个月。结果 术后矫正视力≥ 0 .5者占 6 0 .38% ,脱盲率为 92 .85 % ,脱残率为 75 .47%。结论 高度近视白内障超生乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术 ,效果满意。影响术后视力主要原因为高度近视所致眼底病 ,后囊破裂是造成术后视网膜脱离最危险因素。

Objective To evaluate the results of cataract extraction by phacoemulsification with intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in patients with high myopia and cataract.Methods Phacoemulsification used in situ nuclear fracture technique with IOL implantation was performed on 36 cases (53 eyes) with high myopia(axial length≥26mm).The average follow-up examination was 10.5 months.Results The postoperative corrected visual acuities in 60.38% of eyes were 0.5 or better 92.85% of these eyes were relieved from blindness and 75.47%.from visual handicap.Conclusions The results indicate that phacoemulsification with IOl implantation in high myopia patients with cataract is effective.And the main cause of the poor result is due to the pathologic changes of the fundus in high myopes.Rupture of the posterior capsula is the highest risk factor of posterior retinal detechment.
