摘要 振动的尖峰能量能判断机械零部件的运行状态,作为对天然气厂关键动力设备的螺杆空气压缩机而言,利用尖峰能量可实时地检测螺杆空压机的轴承的性能,成功地预测故障的发生,避免设备的进一步的损坏。通过计算和实践;证明该方法对螺杆空气压缩机故障诊断是有价值的。 Vibration spike energy can be used to estimate the running state of the mechanical parts. Screw air compressor is the key power equipment in natural gas refineries. The diagnosis of bearing of screw air compressor was successfully predicted using spike energy method, and further damage to the equipment was prevented in early stage. Through engineering practice, it was proved that spike energy method is valuable in the diagnosis of bearing of screw air compressor.
