多金属氧簇纳米粒子对聚乳酸薄膜材料等温结晶行为的影响

摘要 制备了聚乳酸/多金属氧簇(EPOM)纳米复合薄膜材料,并利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)研究了多金属氧簇(EPOM)对该薄膜材料等温结晶行为及形态的影响。研究发现:加入EPOM后PLLA样品的结晶度有一定程度的提高,且PLLA的球晶尺寸也变大。EPOM在复合物薄膜表面和内部能够较均匀分散,形成直径为几百nm的非晶微区。 The thin film of PLLA/EPOM nano-composite was prepared. The isothermal crystallization behavior of poly (l-lactic acid)/EPOM nano-composite was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), in-situ polarized optical microscopy(POM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). It is found that the crystallinity of PLLA increases and the size of the sphere becomes large with EPOM. It is shown that the sphaerocrystals of the polymer were uniform distribution at the surface and inside of the PLLA thin film. Several amorphous areas which were about hundreds of nanometer level owing to the particles self-assembly were found.
